When you sign up for a volunteer shift, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the shifts you select, and your text and email opt-in choices.
We use this information to coordinate volunteer shifts, and to send confirmations, reminders, and program updates related to your signup.
If you opt in to text messages, NW Dems will send recurring SMS about your shift signups, events, and program updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or reply HELP for help.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by contacting us using the information below. Opting out of texts does not affect your shift signup itself.
We keep the information you provide only as long as needed to run the volunteer program and communicate with you about your shifts, after which it may be archived or deleted.
